Doomsday has been rescheduled...

Due to technical difficulties, doomsday has been moved to the 21st of October this year. If you heard peals of mysterious laughter this morning, that was twitter exploding in unrestrained hysterics.

The 'post rapture looting event' on facebook did give me many lulz, so I can't say that I'm completely disappointed that Harold Camping is an idiot. Usually I would weep for humanity.

However, I do think they could have done something better with the millions of dollars they spent marketing their rapture. Feeding and housing the homeless comes to mind. Maybe following the actual teachings of Jesus? Nah. That's absurd.
